We are looking for a Backend Senior Software Engineer to join the NG.CASH Technology team.

What you'll do:

1. Evolve NG.CASH's backend architecture and implementation (Banking, PIX, integrations) to deliver functionalities with superb technical and product quality, impacting thousands of users.
2. Integrate our products into the Banking Ecosystem, respecting all security guidelines and ensuring top performance.
3. Enhance our existing stack by identifying and addressing opportunities in services and processes, such as testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
4. Work in a highly collaborative and diverse environment to foster a thriving software engineering culture within the team and department.
5. Help coach junior developers in using software engineering best practices and guidelines.

What you need to have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Experience with frameworks: TypeORM, NestJS, NodeJS.
3. Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
