Job Profile / Activities:

• Supervise the Production Planning and Control area with a strong focus on individual and group safety, continuously improving through PDCA, developing team members, and planning and controlling manufacturing and production processes. Develop and implement systems and processes that ensure visibility and connectivity across the end-to-end production flow.

• Act as supervisor in Quality and Operations, emphasizing safety, achieving PQVC objectives, continuous improvement aligned with local and corporate strategies, actively participating in problem analysis and resolution, implementing RCCA, and developing team members.

Key Challenges of the Role:

Meet PQVC objectives, actively participate in problem analysis and resolution, implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategies, and promote team engagement.

Key Clients and Suppliers:

Clients include Quality, Planning, Manufacturing Plants, and Production Areas. Suppliers include Planning, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Computer Skills: Intermediate or higher Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, Power Apps, and Systems Development

English: Intermediate

Technical Skills: Experience in Operations, Logistics, EHS, Quality, or Production Processes; knowledge of CPS Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.

Leadership and Behavioral Attributes:

Engagement, effective communication, negotiation, customer focus, strategic decision-making, problem solving, planning, organization, adaptability, systemic thinking, intellectual curiosity, risk perception, critical thinking, continuous improvement, and safety as a core competency.

Additional Skills:

• Work Safety: Knowledge of safety protocols, risk identification, regulatory compliance.
• Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of daily manufacturing operations.
• Talent Management: Ability to lead, motivate, evaluate, develop, and recognize employees, supporting their aspirations and growth.
• Quality Management: Knowledge of quality tools and creating environments that meet quality goals.
• Analytical Thinking: Techniques for effective analysis and root cause determination.
• Planning and Organization: Skills in task and resource planning, systematic work approach, and questioning the status quo when necessary.
• Process Improvement: Understanding current quality and production methods with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidates Should Have:

• Pre-advanced English
• Experience leading teams
• Project management experience, preferably with agile methods
• Knowledge of Six Sigma
• Advanced production planning systems (e.g., Siemens Ops Center/Preactor)
