We are looking for a Cloud Solution Engineer – Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on driving the success of strategic customers through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), modern application architectures, and AI-driven innovations.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of technical presales professionals, partnering closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to position Oracle’s next-generation cloud solutions. You’ll help build deep customer relationships and ensure world-class technical engagement throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Cloud Solution Engineers working on key strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and architecture leadership to define account strategies and cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Identify and address customers’ business and technical challenges with OCI, databases, security, AI, and application modernization.
• Drive technical excellence in presentations, workshops, proof of concepts, and solution architecture.
• Act as a bridge between field teams and product development, influencing roadmap priorities based on customer needs.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within your team.
• Represent Oracle in industry events, executive briefings, and community forums.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or software engineering roles.
• Experience in a leadership or management position within technical or cloud-focused teams.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, AI/ML solutions, or infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
