Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing projects and action plans by monitoring sales and competitiveness indicators to ensure efficiency and optimal commercial results for the company.

Main activities include:

1. Managing the main performance management program for the store channel sales team, analyzing performance indicators, and defining strategies to enhance productivity and sales quality;
2. Analyzing and combining indicators to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and guide actions to improve results;
3. Forecasting results and creating trends based on channel indicator analysis to support leadership decision-making;
4. Querying databases, creating, and updating management reports and dashboards;
5. Monitoring channel performance, identifying strengths and opportunities;
6. Collaborating with regional teams to track goals, develop action plans, and monitor results;
7. Coordinating with cross-functional areas to ensure proper information flow and management of channel data;
8. Preparing executive presentations.

Experience and Education

- Advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint);

- Power BI;

- Experience with database queries (preferably SQL);

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields.
