A Day in the Life

You will support Medtronic in introducing two groundbreaking and exclusive therapies to treat Atrial Fibrillation and Severe Hypertension—conditions that significantly impact our population. You will have the opportunity to act and collaborate with ideas to treat more patients.

Renal Denervation and Cardiac Ablation Systems are disruptive and innovative solutions aimed at improving patients' lives. They are part of the Cathlab Division, where they can be combined with products from other Operations Units. This role offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting commercial analysis (penetration, territory, coverage, promotion, negotiation, etc.) to support strategic execution.
• Formulating and reviewing corporate short- and long-term plans, goals, and objectives for specific products or product lines, including product lifecycle analysis, strategic sales, segmentation, and maintaining product positioning.
• Exploring feasible synergies across other Medtronic portfolios.
• Aligning with strategies and priorities, utilizing analytics to manage the portfolio.
• Setting price positioning aligned with channel and market strategies, including short- and long-term deals.
• Managing product launches, including all related activities such as creating collateral, communication, and deployment to the market.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Market Access, Customer Service, Planning, FP&A, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Third Parties, and Communications to ensure business continuity.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Valid driver’s license B.
• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level).
• Proficiency in Spanish (advanced level).
