A Day in the Life

You will support Medtronic in introducing two groundbreaking and exclusive therapies to treat Atrial Fibrillation and Severe Hypertension—conditions that significantly impact our population—and collaborate on ideas to treat more patients.

Renal Denervation and Cardiac Ablation Systems are disruptive and innovative solutions designed to improve patients' lives. They are part of the Cathlab Division, where they can be integrated with other operational units’ products. This role employs a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting commercial analysis (penetration, territory, coverage, promotion, negotiation, etc.) to support strategic execution
• Formulating and reviewing corporate short- and long-term plans, goals, and objectives for specific products or product lines, including product lifecycle analysis such as strategic sales, segmentation, and maintaining product positioning
• Identifying feasible synergies with other Medtronic portfolios
• Aligning strategies, prioritizing activities, and utilizing analytics to manage the portfolio
• Setting price positioning aligned with channels and markets, supporting short- and long-term strategies and deals
• Managing product launches, including activities like creating folders, collaterals, communication, and market deployment
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Market Access, Customer Service, Planning, FP&A, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Third Parties, and Communication teams to ensure business continuity

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Valid driver’s license B
• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Proficiency in English (Advanced)
• Proficiency in Spanish (Advanced)
