Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for our Engineer Training Program - Application/Technical Sales. In this role, you will develop, promote, support, and generate sales for industrial components, modules, manifolds, and power units to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Development & Support: Drive sales growth and develop product offerings to meet targets.
  2. Solution Engineering & Quotation: Collaborate internally to create tailored solutions and provide accurate quotes, demonstrating technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  3. Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of solutions and lead or assist with project management.
  4. Customer Promotion & Market Engagement: Engage with customers to understand needs, support distributors, promote products through presentations and marketing, and create training materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, capable of conceptualizing products and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn about industrial hydraulics and systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
