Team Overview and Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team based in Sorocaba, Brazil. You will be responsible for managing the demand planning process at the Sorocaba plant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Participate in developing and implementing Supply Chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Manage and optimize production planning to meet commercial needs.
3. Define and monitor Finished Goods (FG) stock levels.
4. Identify and resolve problems and bottlenecks in the supply chain.
5. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to demand, stocks, costs, and delivery times.
6. Use analytical tools to forecast demand, optimize stocks, and identify improvement opportunities.
7. Proactively address problems and implement solutions.
8. Seek and adopt new technologies and processes to enhance the company's production chain.
9. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain performance.
10. Stay updated on best practices and trends in the Supply Chain industry.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and motivations:

1. Familiarity with supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.
2. Deep knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, S&OP, and S&OE.
3. Knowledge of Inventory Management.
4. Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
5. Intermediate proficiency in English.
6. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
