Position: Especialista de Operações de Campo

Work Schedule and Location: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18, in São Paulo (SP).

The Importance of Your Role in Our Team

Support the Southern Regional branches in technical development, support, and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on Installations, ensuring quality, ethics, and safety.

Skills You Will Apply

• Support the Southern Regional branches in technical development, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, focusing on Installations with quality, ethics, and safety.
• Support in installations, adjustments, and assembly.
• Provide training to the technical team.
• Attend to and inspect major clients and critical cases.
• Prepare reports.
• Monitor projects and evaluate products.
• Improve QOP (quality, observation, period) rates in new elevator call rates.

Who We Are Looking For

• High school diploma and technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Desirable to be enrolled in or graduated in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Production, or hold a Technologist degree.
• Knowledge of safety standards and certifications in NR10 and NR35.
• Experience with adjustment and assembly in new elevators is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction, installation, and assembly processes.
• Focus on internal and external customer service.
• Availability to travel.
• Knowledge of escalators is desirable.
