The Role:Inbound Sales Representative

We’re looking for a confidentand motivated Inbound Sales Representative to guide prospectivecustomers through our moving process. Your main responsibility will bemanaging inbound calls and emails, providing quotes, and convertingleads into scheduled moves—all while ensuring a top-notch customerexperience.

This is a remote, full-time position withconsistent hours and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, startupenvironment.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inboundinquiries via phone and email to understand customer needs and provideaccurate move quotes
  • Convert inbound leads into bookedreservations by clearly communicating value and answering objections
  • Follow up on open quotes and previously unresponsive leadsthrough outbound outreach
  • Ensure a smooth handoff tooperations by capturing and confirming accurate move details
  • Represent Undergrads with professionalism, empathy, and acustomer-first mindset

  • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy matters—especially when quoting andconfirming move details
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRMsystems, web-based tools, and Google Workspace
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative, solve problems, and don’t wait forinstructions
  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive in aperformance-based environment with measurable targets
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth startup

What You Can Expect

Remote-First: Work fromanywhere in a distraction-free environment

Competitive Pay:Base rate of $6/hour plus commission—earn $7-$8 per hour on average.

Paid Training: 10-day training to get you fully up to speed

Stable Schedule: Monday–Friday,8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
