A leading audio brand is seeking an Associate Director, Sales to lead sales strategy across South America from their São Paulo office. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing channel partnerships, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the Latin American market.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Associate Director, Sales to lead Shure’s sales strategy across South America, while also overseeing the Brazil-based Channel Marketing and Customer Experience teams serving the entire Latin American region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through high-performing channel partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner engagement, and ensuring alignment with Shure’s brand and business objectives, while helping to shape long-term objectives, uncovering new opportunities, and enhancing the end-user experience.

Fluency in English. Spanish and Portuguese is a requirement for this role.
This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
