Job Description

At Publicis ReSources, cloud computing continues to allow us to modernize and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, and pursue next-generation innovation. To continue this transformation, we’re seeking an experienced DevOps Technician with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD tools and processes, implementation, and support of projects and infrastructure in the cloud. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech, mostly AWS & Azure, with a strong DevOps background, and will be an active contributing member of the team, constantly looking for areas to improve.

Responsibilities of this Role

• Implement and support cloud infrastructure
• Implement and support Kubernetes workloads
• Develop standard IaC templates
• Work with Developers to select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools
• Understand and implement environments from architecture documentation
• Advocate and build automated processes wherever possible
• Define and set development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline errors for code deployments and recurring jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes implementation issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IaC script issues
• Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields preferred
• 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting cloud solutions on AWS; experience with Azure and GCP is a plus
• 4+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM certifications a plus)
• Experience with IaC using Terraform
• Recent experience working with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)
• Recent experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Expertise in software code deployment procedures
• Scripting experience with tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet
• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Ruby, Python, and NodeJS
• Experience in configuring and managing databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, or other NoSQL databases
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST with occasional after-hours deployment support
