Qualificações

The Role

As part of the International Compliance team, you will oversee WTW’s compliance in Brazil by:

1. Managing and developing the overall compliance program applicable to Brazil;
2. Assessing compliance and regulatory risks across all WTW segments and functions;
3. Responding to regulatory developments;
4. Creating and implementing the annual risk-based Compliance Plan for Brazil, aligned with country and legal entity plans;
5. Overseeing and challenging business management’s assessment of governance and regulatory risks;
6. Providing guidance on business conduct and ethical standards, including the Code of Conduct, to promote a strong compliance culture;
7. Investigating breaches of regulatory requirements or WTW policies, ensuring proper resolution;
8. Offering regulatory advice and supporting stakeholders in understanding their obligations;
9. Monitoring business activities in line with the Compliance Plan and ad-hoc requests;
10. Escalating issues and breaches to relevant leadership and stakeholders;
11. Maintaining relationships with regulators and key business partners.

The Requirements

• Based in Brazil;
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and corporate governance principles;
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to engage effectively at all levels;
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to compliance risks;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently;
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying updated on regulatory changes;
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-pressure environments;
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple priorities;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and/or corporate risk management;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
