Descrição da oferta de emprego

Location: 100% Remote - flexibility to work UK/US hours

Duration: 2 year contract + extensions

Compensation: $18/hr to $23/hr ~USD

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Job Description

Our healthcare marketing client is expanding their People team overseas. This role will focus heavily in the operations space and help with/ have experience with drafting employee documents & building out the structure for their HR operations including but not limited to; annual salary reviews, bonuses, performance reviews, etc. This role will also be responsible for managing & maintaining employee data in their HRIS (HiBob). A day to day function of this role will involve acting as a first line of defense for the People Helpdesk, either assigning or resolving. This role will be an extension of a US & UK based People team.
