A leading healthcare marketing client is seeking an Associate for their People team. This role is focused on operational excellence, including drafting employee documents and managing HRIS data. It offers a flexible remote setup with competitive compensation and benefits.
Location: 100% Remote - flexibility to work UK/US hours
Duration: 2 year contract + extensions
Compensation: $18/hr to $23/hr ~USD
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Job Description
Our healthcare marketing client is expanding their People team overseas. This role will focus heavily on operations and involve drafting employee documents & building out the structure for HR operations, including but not limited to: annual salary reviews, bonuses, performance reviews, etc. The role will also be responsible for managing & maintaining employee data in their HRIS (HiBob). A daily function will involve acting as a first line of defense for the People Helpdesk, either assigning or resolving issues. This position will be an extension of a US & UK based People team.
