Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect (Focus in Python) to work remotely, who will:

• Be a leading voice in team discussions and decisions
• Propose and develop technical solutions
• Foster adoption of best coding practices and patterns
• Engage and ensure code quality
• Understand the front and backend ecosystem and deployment process
• Lead the team technically
• Benchmark technology and development practices
• Maintain documentation, charts, and diagrams
• Provide technical guidance to the team
• Work in collaboration with the Architecture, Development, and Product teams

Requirements:

• Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture
• Strong background with Python (mandatory)
• Experience with .NET Core API development
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with microservices architecture and patterns
• Experience with micro-frontends pattern
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Experience with high-demand software solutions
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Ability to lead technical discussions
• Experience leading deployment of systems into production
• Experience working in high-paced, high-growth environments with deadlines and milestones
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of clean software design principles
• Good active listening skills and empathy towards customers and stakeholders
• Advanced level of English
