A General Motors busca um analista de dados para apoiar a melhoria contínua na controladoria. O profissional será responsável por automatizar processos, analisar dados e criar visualizações para apoiar a tomada de decisões. É necessário ter formação em áreas relacionadas e inglês avançado.
Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
The main purpose is to support continuous improvement for GMSA Controllership by transforming processes using automation technologies.
Support other transformation initiatives to provide an overview and applicable solutions to eliminate manual risks in processes.
This role will also be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations that drive business outcomes. The responsibilities include data cleaning, data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting to support decision-making at all levels.
Desktop automation based on team requirements: Automate processes performed by peers to eliminate risks, waste, and non-value-added manual steps.
Develop solutions to transform and maintain operational metrics for the site: Support maintenance of dashboards, files, macros, and other tools used by the site to ensure smooth operations without delays or issues caused by improper operation.
Increase quality in processes and deliverables using information technologies: Enhance quality and standardize processes by leveraging previous deployments. Contribute proactively with team members to transform ideas into solutions quickly.
Data Visualization: Create insightful and interactive visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across various platforms and systems.
Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.
