The M&E + Audio Dev Senior Producer position is a leadership role responsible for ensuring all M&E + Audio Dev projects for Brazilian Portuguese at our Sao Paulo facilities are completed on scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves maintaining relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders, working with global teams, and supporting ad hoc projects. Fluency in English is required.

The position includes overseeing the local M&E + Audio Dev team in Brazil, managing project operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role demands excellent communication, organization, and management skills, along with high-quality standards and goal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production for all M&E + Audio Dev projects in Sao Paulo.
• Handle monthly financial reporting within the studio.
• Manage client relationships and billing processes.
• Respond to new business inquiries, create proposals, and manage contracts.
• Grow existing client accounts and promote additional services.
• Enhance the reputation of the M&E + Audio Dev SL in the industry.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in the industry.
• Ensure team credentials and project quality standards are met.
• Manage internal and external teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for margin improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage external talent and audio teams as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of company systems and processes.
• Oversee daily operations, including client SLAs and security standards.
