The M&E + Audio Dev Senior Producer position is a leadership role responsible for ensuring all M&E + Audio Dev projects destined for Brazilian Portuguese at our facilities in Sao Paulo (Keywords Brazil) are completed on scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves maintaining day-to-day relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Service Line Director, this position is globally facing, collaborating with sister entities and colleagues locally and worldwide, and assisting with ad hoc special projects as needed.

The position includes overseeing and leading the local M&E + Audio Dev team in Brazil (internal and external), involved in projects at the Sao Paulo Studio from direct clients, the Studio, the Service Line, or the KWS Business Development team.

This role interfaces with local and global Shared Services teams, IT, InfoSec, Finance, and HR to ensure compliance and smooth daily operations. At the studio level, it ensures recording studios are operational, meet SLAs, and adhere to security standards.

This multifaceted role requires excellent communication skills, transparent reporting, sharp organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, exemplary production and people management skills, all while upholding high-quality standards and executing the goals set by the Studio, the Service Line, and the overall business.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Lead for all M&E + Audio Dev projects at Sao Paulo
• Responsible for Monthly Financial reporting within the studio
• Managing clients and ICO billing with local Finance team
• Handling new business queries, creating proposals, and responding to bid requests
• Client account management, growing existing accounts, and educating clients on other SL or KWS services
• Completing contracts with excellence, whether from new or existing sources
• Enhancing the brand and reputation of the M&E + Audio Dev SL as the industry leader for Dubbing, Audio Description, Captioning, Subtitling, and Post Sound
• Building and nurturing relationships within KWS and the industry, focusing on decision makers at streamers and broadcasters
• Upholding team credentials locally and driving production excellence
• Managing internal/external teams to meet client expectations, budgets, and deadlines
• Seeking opportunities to improve margins and efficiencies
• Outsourcing and managing external talent/audio teams when applicable
• Maintaining knowledge of company systems and processes
• Leading day-to-day M&E and Audio Dev operations, including client SLAs and security standards
