EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of SAP Business Solution Architecture to lead governance and delivery across client engagements in Brazil. You will shape target architectures, guide discovery, and partner with account teams to grow impact.

Responsibilities include leading SAP pre-sale governance, blueprinting requirements, and aligning business and IT enablers. The role requires 7+ years in SAP solution architecture, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of SAP product trends.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of SAP solution architecture experience across pre-sale and implementation engagements.
• Proven leadership experience driving architecture governance and cross-domain alignment.
• Strong requirements engineering from initial discovery through blueprint definition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance and delivery across client engagements.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, process change, organizational change, and root cause analysis.
• Define and refine SAP functional requirements and align business and IT enablers through blueprint.
• Own architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency across the SAP domain.
• Lead target architecture and client roadmap development aligned with SAP solutions.
• Partner with engagement teams across the client lifecycle as a core account member.
• Build client relationships and support sales discovery for solution definition.
