Job description

Purpose and Overall Relevance to the Organization

Lead the Order Fulfillment function in Brazil, ensuring excellence in order book management, product availability and inventory productivity, with a strong focus on key performance indicators such as COTA, service level and inventory turnover.

This role is responsible for connecting global and regional Supply Chain priorities with the needs of the Brazilian market, promoting close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Supply and other strategic functions to support commercial execution and the achievement of Net Sales targets.

Reporting to the Senior Director Supply Chain Management, this position will play a critical role in defining the long-term vision of the function, transforming fulfillment processes and building an operation capable of supporting the future growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the end-to-end Order Fulfillment strategy, ensuring effective execution from purchasing and product availability planning through order book management, inventory allocation and delivery across all channels.
  • Ensure product availability and inventory productivity, balancing supply and demand, reducing stock-outs, excess inventory and obsolescence, and maximizing the use of the company’s inventory.
  • Lead the strategic management of the order book, establishing processes, governance and performance indicators that ensure accuracy, visibility, prioritization and execution discipline.
  • Monitor and drive the key performance indicators of the function, including availability, COTA, service level, inventory turnover, stock coverage, inventory aging and order fulfillment performance.
  • Act as the primary Supply Chain partner for the commercial organization, connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Product Supply, Inbound and other functions involved in business execution.
  • Ensure alignment between demand, availability and commercial priorities, influencing decisions related to purchasing, allocation, distribution and inventory deployment across channels.
  • Ensure operational readiness for product launches, campaigns and peak-demand periods, developing specific fulfillment strategies for major commercial moments, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities related to product availability and inventory, providing scenarios, recommendations and contingency plans to senior leadership.
  • Influence strategic decisions in a matrix organization, representing the Order Fulfillment function in local, regional and global forums and ensuring alignment between commercial and operational priorities.
  • Lead transformation, digitalization and automation initiatives, simplifying processes, increasing data visibility and evolving the function from a predominantly transactional operation into a strategic business partner.
  • Strengthen cross-functional governance and accountability, ensuring clear ownership, agile decision-making and consistent follow-up of action plans.
  • Build a scalable and resilient operation, capable of responding to demand fluctuations, supply constraints and changing market conditions without compromising business performance.
  • Lead and develop the Order Fulfillment team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, business acumen, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
