Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers seeking exceptional and personalized services.
Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence.
In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that elevated luxury and bespoke services.
With 289 additional suites, the hotel now has a total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group.
Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel offers an elegant oasis with high-end entertainment, shopping, dining, and pampering.
Applicants must hold a Macau ID due to work permit restrictions.

About the role

The Director of Purchasing oversees procurement for the hotel, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
This involves collaborating with departments, managing vendor relationships, and adhering to budgets.

Responsibilities include:

Developing purchasing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts, monitoring budgets, overseeing inventory, collaborating with departments, staying informed on market trends, ensuring compliance, managing the purchasing team, and maintaining HACCP policies.

What you bring

10+ years in hotel purchasing management, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, leadership and negotiation skills, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software, knowledge of hotel standards, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
