This involves collaborating with departments, managing vendor relationships, and adhering to budgets.
Responsibilities include:
Developing purchasing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts, monitoring budgets, overseeing inventory, collaborating with departments, staying informed on market trends, ensuring compliance, managing the purchasing team, and maintaining HACCP policies.
What you bring
10+ years in hotel purchasing management, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, leadership and negotiation skills, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software, knowledge of hotel standards, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
