Jobtailor is seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee fulfillment operations across Latin America from its São Paulo hub. You will direct warehousing, distribution, transportation, import/export activities, and collaborate with Commercial and SCM teams to raise service levels, responsiveness, and inventory performance.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in complex, multi-country logistics within regulated environments, with strong budgeting, governance, and cross-functional

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fulfillment, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country supply chain or logistics operations within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, import/export operations, and third-party logistics management.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, network optimization, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets, logistics costs, inventory investments, and productivity programs.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
• English and Spanish fluency required; Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fulfillment operations across Latin America.
• Direct warehousing, distribution, transportation, import/export activities, and third-party logistics partnerships.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to improve service levels, responsiveness, inventory performance, and customer experience.
• Improve productivity, inventory deployment, working capital, and total delivered cost.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain solutions.
• Ensure business continuity, regulatory compliance, trade compliance, and effective governance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team and foster accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Lead a team of up to 20 supply chain professionals, multiple 3PL providers, and a regional distribution network.
