Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects from assignment through completion in a fully remote contractor role.

You will track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables, and perform QA on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting. You will provide clear revision feedback, maintain organized workflows, and communicate across the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800-2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!
