Support the implementation of the Brazil digital and omnichannel strategy, ensuring the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns, channels, tools, and content in coordination with the Marketing teams across the different markets.
The role will help translate business needs into actionable digital initiatives, generate performance reports and insights, support the adoption of global platforms, and ensure that all activities are executed in line with compliance requirements and commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Omnichannel Strategy Support
- Support the development of omnichannel strategies aligned with market needs and Business Unit priorities.
- Gather information from local teams to identify objectives, audiences, business needs, and communication opportunities.
- Support the development of channel plans and customer journeys.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to implement the initiatives defined in the strategy.
2. Digital Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and follow up on the execution of digital campaigns by portfolio and market.
- Support the implementation of email campaigns, RTEs, CLM materials, webinars, websites, and other digital channels.
- Monitor calendars, materials, approvals, audience segmentation, and launch dates.
- Ensure that campaigns are implemented according to commercial objectives and regional standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
3. Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Develop and update digital performance dashboards and reports.
- Monitor key indicators such as reach, open rates, clicks, engagement, adoption, and conversion.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across campaigns and channels.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing teams.
- Support ROI and digital investment efficiency analysis.
4. Digital Channel Management
- Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital channels across the region.
- Coordinate the distribution of approved content through the different platforms.
- Monitor channel performance and adoption.
- Maintain updated inventories, calendars, and documentation of digital initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global policies and local regulatory and compliance requirements.
5. Global Tools Implementation
- Support the implementation and local adaptation of global digital tools and platforms.
- Coordinate training sessions and support materials for local users.
- Provide basic user support and elevate technical issues when required.
- Monitor tool adoption and recommend actions to increase usage.
- Document processes, best practices, and user guides.
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Research digital trends, technologies, and tools that may be relevant to the business.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve the customer experience.
- Support pilot projects and innovation initiatives.
- Document results, learnings, and recommendations.
- Share best practices across LATAM markets.
7. CLM Materials Management
- Coordinate the development, adaptation, and upload of CLM materials in Veeva.
- Ensure materials are available to the field force according to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate review and approval processes with Marketing, Content, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
- Verify the correct functionality and display of materials.
- Monitor CLM usage and adoption metrics.
8. Digital Culture and Capability Building
- Support the development of a strong digital culture across the organization.
- Help ensure that Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams have a common understanding of what digital is, how digital channels and tools work, and the value they bring to the business and customer experience.
- Coordinate training sessions, onboarding materials, best-practice sharing, and communication initiatives to improve digital knowledge and adoption.
- Promote alignment on digital terminology, processes, roles, and ways of working across LATAM markets.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend actions to strengthen digital skills within the organization
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Advertising, or a related field.
- Additional training in digital marketing, data analytics, omnichannel strategy, or project management is preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, data analysis, or project coordination.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, CRM, automation, or content management platforms.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
