Qualificações

• 7+ years of DevOps experience with strong skills in SQL, NoSQL, and Cloud.

We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D).

Our R&D team is the essential part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue every year, so we only hire the best of the best. Within the team you’ll find many different challenges: Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and web developments are some of the most relevant right now.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead the team responsible for the infrastructure migration process to IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
2. Build and deploy monitoring and alerting systems across our entire infrastructure.
3. Complete migration to CI/CD deployment model.
4. Support integration projects with 3rd party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC, Analytics, etc.).
5. Build, maintain, and own InfoSec compliance efforts by implementing and enforcing appropriate processes and standards across the organization.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
2. Experience with Microservices and the Cloud.
3. Advanced algorithm knowledge.
4. IT infrastructure knowledge.
5. Intermediate agile methodologies management.
6. Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
7. 7+ years of experience working in DevOps.
8. Design Patterns knowledge.
9. Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
10. Experience in automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
11. Strong experience with Version control.
12. Strong experience with Unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.
13. Advanced English Level.
