We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of migration, deployment, and change management within Salesforce environments.

Job Description:

- Perform migration and deployment of developments from the QAS environment to UAT and, after validation, to PRD.

- Execute demand deployments and manage pre- and post-deployment manual steps.

- Conduct rollbacks for solutions with issues in the production environment.

- Manage changes in UAT and PRD environments.

- Create and manage Change Requests (RDMs).

- Document procedures for changes in UAT and PRD environments.

- Generate and update deployment documentation.

- Maintain necessary documentation, such as knowledge base, chatbot, and Confluence.

- Provide technical support for the deployment of new applications in UAT and PRD.

- Train Service Desk and Key Users team on the changes made.

- Provide support to the client for knowledge transfer during the transition process.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in deployment and change management tools for Salesforce.

- Knowledge in rollback and troubleshooting in production environments.

- Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management.

- Ability to manage changes and coordinate with different teams.

- Capability to train and support internal and external teams.

- Fluent English for communication with international teams and documentation.

- Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools specific to Salesforce.

- Knowledge of documentation tools like Confluence.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

- Previous experience in complex and dynamic IT environments.

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
