InComm Payments in Brazil is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, maintain, and evolve the end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle across our technology portfolio. You will automate CI/CD pipelines, enforce release governance, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
You will own pipeline standards, implement gate policies, and work with development, QA, and security teams to ensure safe, scalable deployments.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle across InComm's technology portfolio. Operating at the intersection of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security, this role leads the automation of CI/CD pipelines, enforces release governance at scale, and serves as a technical authority for build and deployment tooling. The engineer drives platform-level improvements, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates cross-functionally with development, QA, and security teams.
