Ambush in Brazil seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage GCP-based infrastructure ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments and automated testing, and implement IaC and observability frameworks to guarantee uptime and rapid issue resolution.

You will collaborate across Security and Engineering to enforce least privilege and Zero Trust, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and mentor

Qualificações

• Must possess strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Build, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run).
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi) and automation scripting.
• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong networking and cloud security (IAM, firewalls, service accounts) and high-availability architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, GitLab CI, etc).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Stackdriver).
• Excellent English proficiency due to daily stakeholder interactions.
• Willingness to travel to Australia for 2-3 months.

Must-Haves

• - Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) like Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Build, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Run.
• - Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• - Solid scripting/automation experience.
• - Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• - Strong knowledge of networking, cloud security (IAM, firewalls, service accounts), and high availability architecture.
• - Experience with CI/CD systems (CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, GitLab CI, etc).
• - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar).
• - Excellent English proficiency is extremely important; you will have daily contact with senior stakeholders, and communication is key.
• - Availability to travel to Australia for 2-3 months

Nice-to-Haves

• - Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• - Experience with Zero Trust networking and DevSecOps practices.
• - Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal, Cadence, or Airflow.
• - Previous exposure to regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, or equivalent compliance frameworks).
• - Familiarity with modern edge security practices, including Zero Trust networking, service meshes, and mTLS.
