Job summary

Wipro Technologies in Brazil is seeking an experienced Platform DevOps Engineer to own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure cloud resources, and implement IaC using Bicep, ARM, and Terraform.

The role requires strong scripting in PowerShell, hands-on with C# .NET and Node.js, and a focus on security within pipelines. You will enable engineering teams, monitor reliability, and scale enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Strong experience designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services and IaC tools (Bicep/ARM/Terraform).
• Scripting in PowerShell and coding in C#/.NET and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Operate and optimize Azure resources for scalable services.
• Define and manage infrastructure using IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform).
• Automate deployments to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Integrate security controls (DevSecOps) into pipelines and tooling.
• Provide reusable deployment patterns and tooling for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment across environments
• Azure Platform Management: Operate and optimize Azure resources (compute, networking, identity) to support scalable and secure services
• Infrastructure as Code: Define and manage infrastructure using IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform) for consistent, repeatable deployments
• Automation: Build automation to reduce manual effort and improve deployment reliability and speed
• DevSecOps: Integrate security and compliance controls into pipelines (secrets management, scanning, policy enforcement)
• Platform Enablement: Provide reusable deployment patterns and tooling to enable engineering teams
• Monitoring & Reliability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for pipelines and cloud services

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Azure cloud services (compute, networking, identity)
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell)
• Experience with C# Dotnet and Node.JS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals
• Experience working within Microsoft internal ecosystem (EV2, OneCert, etc.)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices (security scanning, secrets management)
• Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise pipelines/platforms
