• We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong experience in Java, Python, and Apache Camel to provide technical leadership for the evolution of our integration platform.
• The professional will be responsible for hands‑on development and maintenance of ESB solutions and enterprise integrations, as well as providing technical leadership to the team.
• Support architectural decisions and ensure the quality of deliveries.
• Work hands‑on in the development, maintenance, and evolution of critical solutions.
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and the definition of technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development using Java.
• Experience developing enterprise integration solutions (ESB/EAI).
• Advanced knowledge of Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns (Enterprise Integration Patterns – EIP).
• Experience with Python development for automation, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Experience in technical leadership of development teams.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance analysis, and support for critical applications.
• Knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases.
• Experience with DevOps practices, SonarQube, linting tools, CI/CD, and Git version control.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and prioritization.
