Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a partner-driven CRM team in Brazil. You will work across backend and frontend, building segmentation, loyalty, and personalized marketing features at scale.

The role offers autonomy, production ownership, and collaboration with Product, Design, and Tech teams in short development cycles. You will shape architectures, implement robust production systems, and focus on data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and recurring purchases

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development with PHP, Symfony, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Frontend experience with Angular and React.
• Hands-on AWS experience (SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB).
• Experience with Docker and Git in collaborative environments.
• Proven CRM/loyalty or digital marketing features in production.
• Experience integrating digital channels at scale.
• Background building consumer-focused products.
• Ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
• Experience with scalable, reliable production systems.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs (cashback, coupons) desirable.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API desirable.
• Email marketing or push notification integration a plus.
• Knowledge of segmentation strategies.
• Experience with retention and recurring-purchase metrics.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dev. Fullstack Sênior - CRM based in Brazil.

This role sits within a CRM-focused technology team building products that strengthen the relationship between businesses and their end consumers. You will develop solutions for customer segmentation, consumer profiles, loyalty, communication, and personalized marketing journeys. Your work will directly influence engagement, retention, and recurring purchases at significant scale. The position combines backend and frontend development with cloud technologies and data-driven product decisions. You will have meaningful ownership over your solutions, from technical decisions and development through deployment and production monitoring. Accountabilities

• Develop and evolve features for consumer segmentation, customer history, and behavioral profiles.
• Build and enhance customer loyalty programs, including cashback and coupon-based initiatives.
• Integrate digital communication channels to support marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
• Build and enrich consumer profiles to enable personalized offers, communications, and experiences.
• Analyze purchasing and behavioral data to identify opportunities and inform new product capabilities.
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, with autonomy to propose and implement solutions.
• Own solutions throughout the development lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring in production.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Technology teams in short and iterative development cycles.
• Apply software quality practices, including testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Design solutions that account for scalability, reliability, operational performance, and the critical nature of production systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong backend development experience with PHP, Symfony, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL as a relational database and Redis within application stacks.
• Frontend development experience with Angular and React.
• Practical experience with AWS, particularly SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Docker and Git in collaborative development environments.
• Proven experience developing and operating CRM, customer loyalty, or digital marketing features in production.
• Experience integrating digital communication channels at scale.
• Background developing products focused on end consumers.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and translate data and insights into product and technical decisions.
• Experience working with scalable systems where reliability, volume, and operational performance are important considerations.
• Experience with loyalty programs such as cashback or coupons is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the official WhatsApp Business API, including Cloud API or COEX, is desirable.
• Experience integrating email marketing platforms or push notification channels is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer segmentation strategies is desirable.
• Familiarity with retention, engagement, and recurring-purchase metrics is advantageous.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
