Base pay range

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and executing end-to-end design projects, from conception to completion, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with client objectives.
2. Developing truly creative and effective visual concepts for campaigns across various platforms, focusing on social media.
3. Creating and editing dynamic, engaging videos for social media using motion design techniques and visual storytelling.
4. Presenting and defending creative concepts to clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of market trends and audience needs.
5. Staying updated with the latest trends in design, motion design, and social media, constantly seeking innovative ways to surprise and innovate.
6. Managing the design workflow, optimizing processes and deadlines.
7. Managing visual schedules and demands with autonomy and organization.

Qualifications include:

1. Complete higher education in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields.
2. Proven experience with a diversified portfolio demonstrating skills in design, motion design, and video editing for social media.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar).
4. Strong understanding of trends and best practices in social media.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and strategically.
6. Ability to work autonomously and proactively, managing projects independently from start to finish.
