A Snapshot of Your Day

The role of Design Team Production Network Engineer is to support the engineering team with ERP, PLM, homegrown MS Access databases, SQL databases, JIRA software etc., acting as the interface to these programs. The successful candidate will be a team player, expected to assume a role within a collaborative design team including, but not limited to, a technical specialist/layout drafter, detail drafter, engineer, core technology specialist, and service center/factory assembly team, as required. This person will also work closely with the Product Design Team Leads. Although this position does not have direct reports, it involves leading various teams and special initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support and maintain ERP, PLM, SQL databases, and JIRA applications.
2. Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, and other departments to support product line success.
3. Update project work breakdown structures to support critical control points and milestones.
4. Serve as a key user and support for SQL and JIRA systems.
5. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain accurate records.
6. Support cross-functional teams and special initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in Science preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP (Atlas), SQL databases, and JIRA; 1-2 years preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (0-5%).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Information
