Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Brazil, is seeking a Desenvolvedor Fullstack PL (Squad Canais) to work across Backend and Frontend, shaping technical solutions and building scalable, resilient applications.

You will collaborate on API design, testing, and integration with modern technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and React, with a strong emphasis on quality, documentation, and Agile practices.

Qualificações

• Experience with OOP, SOLID, patterns and scalable architectures.
• Design and develop distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with Node.js, Express.js, React; databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB.
• Queueing with RabbitMQ; asynchronous communication patterns.
• Version control with GitLab/GitHub; CI/CD deployment practices.
• Unit/integration testing, code reviews, pair programming; Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development and banking/ transactional systems is a plus; .NET Core is a differentiator.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Fullstack PL (Squad Canais) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute across both Backend and Frontend development within a collaborative Engineering environment. You will help shape technical solutions aligned with business and product needs while contributing to new products and evolving existing systems. The position combines modern technologies, scalable architectures, resilient applications, and integrations across different areas of the organization. You will have an active role in improving technical practices, resolving production incidents, and identifying root causes. Quality, documentation, API design, and continuous improvement are central to the role. It is an environment suited to professionals who enjoy technical challenges, collaboration, and building robust digital solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to define technical solutions that address business and product requirements, contributing to architectural and implementation decisions.
• Analyze the current technical landscape critically, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting practical solutions that increase quality, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support the team during production incidents by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and helping implement definitive solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Strive for excellence in deliveries by creating acceptance scenarios, developing unit tests, and applying appropriate software quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical project documentation, including API contracts, ensuring that technical information remains accurate and aligned with project evolution.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, resilient, and well-integrated applications across both Backend and Frontend layers.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and widely adopted software architectures.
• Experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs, with practical knowledge of modern application integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with development frameworks and platforms, particularly Node.js, Express.js, and React.
• Experience working with both transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Experience creating and managing queues using RabbitMQ, as well as understanding asynchronous communication patterns.
• Experience managing releases, version control with GitLab/GitHub, and CI/CD-related development and deployment practices.
• Experience applying software quality practices such as unit and integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with Jira knowledge considered desirable.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted software development practices and tools.
• Knowledge of banking and transactional systems is considered a strong differentiator, as is experience with .NET Core.
