Omoda & Jaecoo Brasil is seeking a Dealer Network Manager to drive the annual dealer network plan, define showroom standards, and perform dealer performance analyses. The role requires building strong relationships and coordinating showroom projects across the Brazilian network.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automotive, a business-focused degree, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, with leadership and English as a plus.

Qualificações

• Graduation in Business, Accounting or Economy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of dealer performance program management.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of the annual dealer network plan.
• Assist in defining showroom standards and coordinating construction and final approvals.
• Conduct breakeven and performance analyses of the dealer network.
• Research local market needs and contribute to satisfaction improvement initiatives.
• Help deliver sales and product training to the dealer network.
• Assist in the design, delivery, and upkeep of showroom materials and branding assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual dealer network plan

Requirements
