We are seeking a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and play a key role in driving data-driven solutions for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations leverage data to achieve measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design data solutions that align with organizational objectives
• Define product goals, establish success metrics, and track progress to deliver measurable business value
• Partner with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Data Engineers, to develop scalable and effective data solutions
• Lead client engagements and contribute to presales activities by showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client requirements
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the roadmap and customer expectations
• Evaluate data quality and availability, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement within data governance processes
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and apply this knowledge to improve solutions and strategies
• Support data integration and processing initiatives to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-making
• Effectively communicate data insights and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or a similar role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
• Experience in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product (or key product capability) to the market
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and their applications
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience in data-driven projects
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle, and designing data products
• Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, advanced analytics platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and present actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful data solutions
• Proven ability to manage and deliver data projects focused on business value and measurable outcomes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders
