About the Role

We are hiring a Data Scientist to transform data into actionable insights that inform product, operational, and business decisions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse complex datasets, build predictive models, and develop data‑driven solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Build and validate statistical, predictive, or machine learning models
• Design experiments and evaluate results to support business decisions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations
• Create documentation and visualisations to communicate results effectively
• Continuously improve data models, methodologies and workflows

Must‑Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or applied analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, etc.)
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability and data modelling
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non‑technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Background in startup or fast‑paced environments
