Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Data Management Analyst to ensure the accuracy of ERP master data in SAP. You will create, update and maintain data according to business rules and policies, enabling reliable reporting and operations.

You will perform complex data entry, lead audits for compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to improve data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Chemical industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Material Master Data Management in SAP.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Assist in the learning of others.
• Originates and improves technical documents and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains credibility with stakeholders and co-workers.
• Make decisions as necessary to meet team and individual performance objectives with a continual improvement in performance.
• Identifies alternatives to existing job tasks or processes and offers suggestions for improvement.
• Studies best practices that can be applied to improve work tasks and processes.
• Demonstrates self-reflection and solicits feedback from others regarding performance.

This role focuses on data creation and maintenance, including updates and deletion, of business data in the SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
