A CI&T Software S.A. busca um Data Engineer Lead no Brasil para liderar a cadeia de dados da Foundation Pod, cobrindo ingestão, Bronze/Silver/Gold e a camada semântica do Power BI.
Você atuará em design de pipelines, governança de dados, integração ERP/CRM, modelagem semântica avançada em Power BI e liderança técnica, garantindo SLAs ambiciosos e custos otimizados, em uma atuação colaborativa global.
Qualificações
- Experiência prática com Microsoft Fabric e OneLake (ou equivalente Azure data platform).
- Arquiteturas Bronze/Silver/Gold end-to-end (medallion).
- Especialização em design de pipelines com o Azure Data Factory e definição de contratos de dados.
- Proficiência em modelagem semântica do Power BI e DAX avançado.
- Experiência integrando ERP/CRM para uma plataforma de dados unificada.
- Habilidades de liderança técnica: dirigir equipes de engenharia e manter SLAs de pipeline.
- Proficiência em inglês (nível B2+).
Responsabilidades
- Prover Ownership de ponta a ponta da cadeia de dados do Foundation Pod, incluindo ingestão e camadas Bronze/Silver/Gold, além da camada semântica do Power BI.
- Desenhar, otimizar e manter pipelines de ETL/ELT escaláveis e datasets validados.
- Desenvolver e governar modelos semânticos de Power BI e dashboards de alto desempenho.
- Implementar Data Lakes e Data Warehouses alinhados com a estratégia de dados global.
- Estabelecer controles de qualidade de dados e governança, com monitoramento automatizado.
- Integrar ERP/CRM e outras fontes com o time de Data Architecture.
- Otimizar performance de consultas e custos de cloud.
- Liderar tecnicamente, manter SLAs de pipeline e documentação abrangente.

- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete data chain for the Foundation Pod, covering ingestion, Bronze, Silver, Gold layers, and the Power BI semantic layer.
- Pipeline Development: Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and Gold certified datasets to drive BI and analytics.
- Semantic Modeling & BI: Develop and govern high-performance Power BI semantic models and dashboards.
- Data Architecture: Implement robust Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and integration layers aligned with the global data strategy.
- Data Quality & Governance: Establish automated quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring systems to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability.
- System Integration: Develop integrations between ERP/CRM sources, third-party tools, and analytics platforms, coordinating with the Core Team's Data Architect on platform standards.
- Performance & Cost Optimization: Fine-tune query performance, monitor pipeline execution times, and manage cloud storage/compute costs.
- Technical Leadership: Direct the work of peer engineers, uphold strict pipeline SLAs, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake (or equivalent Azure data platform experience).
- Proven track record designing Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architectures end-to-end.
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory pipeline design and data contract definition.
- Deep experience in Power BI semantic modeling and advanced DAX authoring.
- Practical experience integrating ERP and CRM source systems into a unified data platform.
- Strong technical leadership skills (ability to direct engineering work and hold pipeline SLAs).
- Professional English proficiency (B2+ level or higher).
- Experience with Infor SyteLine or Infor ION integrations.
- Experience handling regulated or medical-device data within an ISO 13485 context.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep or Terraform) and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with source systems like OneStream, Workday, or Fusion PLM.
