A CI&T Software S.A. busca um Software Architect no Brasil para projetar, liderar e evoluir soluções de software escaláveis com foco em .NET e SQL.

Você será referência técnica para equipes de desenvolvimento, definindo padrões, documentação e estratégias de integração para atender necessidades de negócio. Buscamos proficiência em .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, REST APIs, SQL Server e experiência com Azure, Docker e Kubernetes.

Qualificações

• Projetos com arquiteturas escaláveis e seguras alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio.
• Definir padrões arquiteturais, padrões de engenharia e padrões de engenharia .NET.
• Conduzir documentação arquitetural, diagramas e estratégias de integração.
• Conduzir reviews de arquitetura com feedback estruturado.
• Conduzir adoção de boas práticas em .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Guiar equipes em conceitos avançados de C#: LINQ, async/await, generics e DI.
• Definir padrões para design de RESTful APIs.
• Suportar desenvolvedores seniores e plenos elevando o nível técnico.
• Projetar e administrar arquiteturas de banco de dados relacionais com SQL Server.
• Definir modeling de dados, otimização de queries e gestão de transações.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir revisões de arquitetura entre squads com feedback claro.
• Definir padrões de integração entre sistemas internos e externos.
• Contribuir para a estratégia de microserviços e SOA onde aplicável.
• Colaborar com equipes de DevOps para soluções prontas para cloud (Azure).
• Participar de CI/CD e promover cultura DevSecOps.
• Prover mentoria técnica a times sêniores e plenos.

We are looking for a Software Architect with strong expertise in .NET technologies and SQL to design, lead, and evolve scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will be the technical reference for development teams, driving architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Requisitos

• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecturesaligned with business goals
• Define architectural patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices for .NET-based solutions
• Lead the creation and maintenance of architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design decisions, and integration strategies
• Conduct architecture reviews across squads, providing structured technical feedback
• Drive the adoption of best practices in .NETCore /.NET6+development
• Guide teams on C#advanced concepts: LINQ, async/await, generics, dependency injection, and design patterns
• Define and enforce standards for RESTful API design and implementation
• Support and mentor senior and mid-level developers, raising the overall technical bar of the team
• Design and oversee relational database architecturesusing SQL Server or equivalent
• Define standards for data modeling, query optimization, and transaction management
• Ensure database performance, scalability, and integrity across environments
• Evaluate and recommend strategies for data access patternsand ORM usage (e.g., Entity Framework
• Architect integrations between internal and external systems, defining clear contracts and communication patterns
• Define strategies for microservices, event-driven architecture, or SOA where applicable
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure solutions are cloud-ready(preferably Azure)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline designand promote DevSecOps culture across teams
• Proficiency in .NETCore /.NET6+ and ASP.NET Core Web API
• Advanced.NETskills LINQ, async/await, generics, reflection, and dependency injection
• Strong knowledge of design patterns(SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Repository, Mediator)
• Experience with microservices architectureand distributed systems
• Experience with Microsoft Azureor equivalent cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
