We’re now seeking a Data Engineer / Data Scientist who can help architect and scale our data and machine learning systems — from ingestion pipelines to intelligent agents and fine-tuned models driving real-world business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Agent-Based Systems : Design and implement autonomous, ML-driven agents to power intelligent decisions across marketing automation tasks.
• Build & Scale ETLs : Develop robust ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, ensuring high availability and quality.
• Model Development & Fine-Tuning : Train and fine-tune machine learning models (classification, regression, recommendation, etc.) using appropriate frameworks and techniques.
• Data Infrastructure : Work with large-scale datasets (structured and unstructured), architecting scalable storage and processing solutions using tools like SQL, Spark, or Azure Data Factory.
• Cloud Deployment : Deploy ML models and data pipelines on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring monitoring, reliability, and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with backend engineers, product managers, and marketers to align data science outputs with business needs.
• API Integration & Automation : Leverage APIs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics) for continuous data ingestion and real-time optimizations.
• Monitoring & Evaluation : Continuously track model performance and system health, and implement retraining or architecture improvements as needed.

Who You Are

• Data Professional : 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or machine learning roles.
• Agent Architecture Know-How : Experience designing or contributing to intelligent systems powered by agents, autonomous processes, or decision-making flows.
• ETL Expert : Skilled at building and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, dbt, or similar.
• ML & Fine-Tuning Savvy : Hands-on experience training, evaluating, and fine-tuning ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or ML.NET.
• Programming Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Python and/or C# (.NET), especially as it relates to integrating ML into production systems.
• Cloud Native : Comfortable building and deploying ML/data workflows on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Data-Driven : Analytical thinker with a passion for solving real-world problems with data.
• Team-Oriented : Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing analytics or automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ad optimization, recommendation systems, and A/B testing.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
