About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for a Data Engineer for the Professional Services – Data Intelligence department. The Data Engineer will be responsible for identifying, creating, analyzing, and preparing data required for modern BI and ML solutions. Candidates must be customer-focused, embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, and be hands-on. This role reports to the Manager, Data Intelligence.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Identifying, creating, and preparing data for modern BI solutions.
• Designing ETLs and ELTs for data transformations.
• Designing and managing Datalake architectures.
• Working with Apache Hadoop projects (Spark, Hive, Pig, Oozie, Airflow, etc.).
• Integrating and testing BI solutions.
• Creating and documenting tests to meet requirements.
• Working with Big Data environments.
• Managing Data Cloud services, data access, security, and governance.
• Monitoring applications and services through logs.

What You Will Bring To The Table

• Experience in Data Engineer roles, including ETL, Big Data, data ingestion, and streaming.
• Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other data processing tools.
• Fluent English level.
• Experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, Sagemaker, etc.) or Azure Data services.
• Experience using DevOps tools (Git, pipelines).
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

Location

Argentina (any part of the country is great for us!).

Shift

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
