Reboot Monkey in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, seeks a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure in world-class facilities. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard business hours and on-call rotation.

You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform cabling, monitor power and cooling, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure uptime. Experience with Cat6/6a and fiber, plus ITIL knowledge preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) - preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

R$81,000-119,000/year (BRL annual)

Work Schedule
