Reboot Monkey in Cotia, Brazil is hiring a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at world-class facilities. The role is full-time and on-site, with standard business hours and on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of data center operations experience, expert cabling skills, and strong documentation/communication abilities. On-site work includes lifting requirements and shift differentials where applicable.

Qualificações

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

About The Role
