Reboot Monkey in Paulínia, Brazil, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, manage structured cabling, and monitor environmental systems to ensure high availability.

This full-time on-site role requires hands-on IT familiarity, strong documentation, and the ability to work with engineering and operations teams. Certification in data center or networking fields is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience with structured cabling and physical infrastructure.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Vendor and/or data center certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

Join our team as a Data Center Technician in Paulínia, Brazil. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

R$75,000-110,000/year (BRL annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
