Reboot Monkey in Alvorada, Brazil is hiring a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports critical infrastructure within our world-class data center facilities, ensuring reliable power, cooling, networking, and security systems.

You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, monitor environmental systems, and collaborate with engineering and operations to plan capacity upgrades. On-call rotation applies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Familiar with DCIM platforms and ITIL practices.
• Vendor and network certifications preferred (Dell/HPE/Cisco; CCNA/JNCIA).

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
• 3+ years data center operations experience
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with rack and stack operations
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments
• Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) - preferred
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) - preferred
• Network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) - preferred
• Experience with DCIM platforms - preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL practices - preferred

About The Role

Compensation & Benefits

R$75,000-110,000/year (BRL annual)
