IFF seeks a Data Analytics Engineer in Castelo Branco, Brazil, a hybrid role blending data science and operations analytics. You will transform business needs into analytics solutions, build dashboards, and develop KPIs to drive productivity and efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

You will work with SQL/Snowflake, Python, Tableau or Power BI, and collaborate with data scientists and business teams to deliver measurable impact. English and Portuguese fluency are required.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant analytics experience.
  • At least 5 years in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or related operations.
  • At least 2 years in a Data Analytics/Operations Analytics role with measurable impact.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience with SQL and Snowflake.
  • Python programming experience.
  • Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Build dashboards with intuitive interfaces using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Develop business process maps to support diagnostics and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to support projects and continuous improvement.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.   • Transform business needs into advanced analytics solutions, models and dashboards that support process optimization and decision-making.
  • Develop, implement and maintain analytical models that help identify opportunities for productivity improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Turn prototypes and concepts into effective dashboards, reports and analytical tools for business users.
  • Coordinate problem-solving sessions with subject matter experts and data scientists to identify, prioritize and improve analytics solutions.
  • Generate and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, process performance and business impact.
  • Build dashboards with intuitive and effective user interfaces using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Develop business process maps to support diagnostics, process improvement and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Promote a data-driven mindset within the organization by supporting teams in the use of analytics and insights.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to support projects, diagnostics and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or a related operations environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analytics Engineer, Business Analytics or Operations Analytics role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience working with database technologies, preferably SQL and Snowflake.
  • Programming experience using Python.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Experience managing or supporting projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
