A leading employee benefits company is looking for a Data Analyst to support decision-making through business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Statistics, strong expertise in Python and SQL, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position is based in São Paulo, Brazil and offers an empowering environment focused on diversity and well-being.

Qualificações

At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
Advanced expertise in Statistics and applied Mathematics.
Proven written capabilities to communicate Ad-hoc Analysis results.

As a data analyst, you will work closely with the business to help them with decision taking.

What you will do:

Business needs collection and challenge
Operational Report and Dashboard (Power BI)
Ad-hoc analysis leveraging statistical modelling techniques with Python
Business performance analysis with relevant KPI definition and computation
Study results presentation and communication to Business Team
Leveraging a solid background in Statistics, the Data Analyst will formalize Business Issues as Data models and Data Visualization:
Seasonal adjustment on time series
Advanced Data management / encoding

You’re a match - What we're looking for:

Education Requirements:

Degree in Statistics, Advanced Analytics or equivalent.
Advanced English fluency (B2)

Work Experience Requirements:

At least 3 years working in similar position
Previous experience with Business intelligence solutions
Advanced expertise in Statistics and applied Mathematics
Advanced knowledge of Python, ideally experience with Pyspark
Strong knowledge of relevant KPI definition
Strong SQL knowledge: complex querying and data management
Strong Database knowledge: data modelling, querying performance optimization
Advanced knowledge of statistics
Proven written capabilities to popularized Ad-hoc Analysis results
Used to design Report and Dashboard (story telling)
An analytical mind and inclination for problem solving, preferably with Power BI
