Fractional Data/AI Specialist (Sales Engineer)
We are seeking a fractional Data/AI Specialist to support our sales team on a per-hour/contract basis. This role will primarily serve as a Sales Engineer, providing technical expertise during sales calls and helping prospects understand the value of our data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Join sales calls as the technical expert, answering customer questions and providing deep product and data/AI insights.
- Support the sales team in designing solutions that align with client needs.
- Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations tailored to prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff of technical requirements.
- Advise on best practices and integration paths for customers exploring data/AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Data/AI, personalization, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Hands-on experience with BlueShift is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working fractionally on a per-hour, on-demand basis.

Data Engineers (Healthcare) - Contract

Project Overview
A healthcare client is seeking multiple Data Engineers to join their team. The goal is to modernize on-prem SQL warehouses to Snowflake, build data marts on top of the Snowflake enterprise warehouse, and develop data pipelines in an AWS environment with DevOps support. This is a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extensions.
Responsibilities
- Lift and shift existing data marts, build new data marts, and integrate with the Snowflake warehouse.
- Design, test, deploy, and maintain data pipelines and establish a strong data reporting environment.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to support production readiness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of data engineering experience with data warehouses and ETL.
- 3+ years with Snowflake Data Warehouse; well-versed in data marts.
- Strong SQL skills (including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
- Experience with AWS environment; big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare industry; provider side preferred.
- Proficiency with cloud data pipelines and related tools.
